Syrian Refugee Mother’s Project

The Syrian Refugee Mothers Project is further developing interventions and tools to address collective mental health among Syrian refugees and provide guidance to providers and agencies serving this population. We are currently conducting a needs assessment on the experience of pregnancy and parenting among Syrian refugee women in the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area and Baltimore, M.D. This project is funded through a grant from the Diane K. Shrier Fund for Research in Women’s Health.
